Refund Policy:

1. You have 3 days after payment for the class to cancel and receive 100% refund.
2. You will receive a full refund of monies paid if you cancel 30 days before the scheduled start of the Boot-Camp.
3. You will receive a refund of 50% of monies paid if you cancel between 30 days and 8 days before the scheduled start of the Boot-Camp.
4. You will receive a certificate to take a different Boot-Camp within a 6 month period if you need to cancel within 7 days of the start of the Boot-Camp. No money shall be refunded for any cancellation for any reason if cancellation is within 7 days of the start of the Boot- Camp.
5. There shall be no refunds once classes have begun. If you are unable to attend your scheduled Boot-Camp, you may make-up the Boot-Camp any time within a 6 month period.
6. In the event the class is cancelled for any reason, Management reserves the right to issues full refunds or certificates for a different date of the same Boot-Camp within a 6 month period.
7. A $50 fee shall be assessed for each bounced check or payment of any type.
8. Refunds may take up to 30 Business days.

þ     Participants receive all of the folowing: a 3-ring binder containing the entire slide presentation, numerous handouts and a CD containing: the Master Estimator for pricing property, electronic copies of the land lording forms, all handouts needed in your business and a tablet with a pen for taking notes,.
